If you're at home and your car won’t start or you have a flat tyre or can't move
it for some reason we'll come and get you moving. If it's really sick and we can't
fix it within 30 minutes we'll get it into the nearest or most appropriate suitable
repairer. You might be a bit late but at least you can put your feet up and watch
TV while we take care of it.
Nationwide vehicle recovery - more info
Wherever you are in the UK, if your vehicle breaks down or is immobilised, if we
can't fix it we'll get your car to the nearest or most appropriate suitable garage
for repair.
Onward travel or hotel accommodation - more

If your vehicle breaks down (or is immobilised) in the UK and it's stuck for over
four hours it's time to get a train, cab or plane back home or wherever you were
heading. We'll pick up the tab for that.
Hotel accommodation
If you’ve broken down and you're over 50 miles from home you might think you've
been unlucky. At least we'll arrange a hotel for you and up to seven passengers
- if you’ve all had to prolong your stay. 8 people, a free hotel (up to £100 each.

Milan, your TomTom Assist Plus Europe policy will give you assistance and peace

Onward travel - more info
If our expert can't repair your vehicle it's not good, but we'll organise and pay
for rail transport (or equivalent costs of more convenient travel), get you and
up to seven passengers home in the UK or on to your original destination within
Continental Europe.
Vehicle repatriation - more info
If your car can't be repaired within eight hours, we can arrange for your car to
be taken to the nearest repair garage to your home in the UK. It could cost over
£2K to simply transport your car back from France.
Hotel accommodation - more info
If your vehicle is immobilised for longer than eight hours, we'll organise and pay
for hotel bed and breakfast accommodation for up to a maximum of five nights. Sorry,
we don't know if they have a pool.
Temporary replacement vehicle in Europe -

If your car is immobilised for a period of more than eight hours, we'll pay for
the cost of a temporary replacement vehicle, for as long as long as it's immobilised,
up to seven days. Yes, we're afraid you do have to give it back.
