By entering one of the free prize draws, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

  2. The prize draw opens for entries on 13th August 2010. The closing date for entries is midnight on 31st August 2010 and is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man aged 18 years and over. The employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded.
  3. The TomTom Assist prize consists of one TomTom GO 1000 LIVE Personal Navigational Device (PND). Entries are limited to one per person.
  4. No purchase is necessary in order to take part in this promotion. There is no fee charged to enter the promotion other than the cost of you accessing the internet. You will be responsible for all costs and expenses relating to the promotion, such as the cost of you accessing the internet.
  5. To enter, participants will need to click on the link in their email and go to the website http://www.tomtomassist.com/followup.aspx where they can enter their details and submit an entry into the prize draw. Customers who purchase any TomTom Assist product will also receive entry into the prize draw.
  6. One winner will be randomly selected and notified by email within seven days. Instructions on how to claim the prize will be provided in a winner notification email. Winners are advised to retain their win notification email for reference purposes until they have received their TomTom GO 1000 LIVE. Prize will be delivered within 28 days of claim confirmation.
  7. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted within 28 days of the first attempt, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve drawn at the same time as the original.
  8. Incomplete entries or those not submitted in accordance with the entry instructions are invalid.
  9. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, the Promoter shall not be liable for the content of any externally linked web sites.
  10. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for lost, late, damaged, corrupted or misdirected applications.
  11. The promoter reserves the right to investigate and withhold claims it believes to be of a fraudulent nature. Should a claim be upheld as fraudulent the Promoter reserves the right to pursue damages against individuals in connection with the claim.
  12. The offer is non-transferable and no cash or other alternative to the offer is available.
  13. The winner will be required to provide their names and addresses to enable the Promoter to verify prize entitlement and effect safe delivery of their prize.
  14. Prize Winners may be required to take part in publicity.

  16. These terms and conditions shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England will have non-exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute.
  17. These terms and conditions, and any instructions from the Promoter, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Promoter, superseding any prior agreements between you and the Promoter. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the other provisions of the terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.
  18. By entering the promotion you agree to these terms and conditions which will at that time become binding between you and the Promoter.
